I have been working with The Loft Access Company for about three years on various projects, and from my point of view it is a revelation to at last find such a professional and flexible company in this particular specialist field of construction. They are keen to please on all projects, regardless of whether this is a one off loft ladder, or a full loft conversion under Building Regulations.
Rob Curtis has all the necessary expertise and seems at home whether at a first meeting with a client, or “getting his hands dirty” helping on a conversion project. I have often attended client meetings with him, and it is abundantly clear how he puts people at ease and answers all questions put to him. Even with their attentive service, The Loft Access Company’s quotes remain remarkably competitive.
One project sticks in my mind. The customer required a loft ladder to suit his walking difficulty. Most products did not offer suitable pitch or height between treads, however a new ladder was sourced from abroad and its installation given the extra attention it merited. Service is sadly hard to come by in today’s world, but is something The Loft Access Company takes seriously. I would and do, happily recommend them to my own clients.
