I chose this company after much research and three quotations from others. Rob Curtis provided a full quotation following inspection in respect of a fitted loft ladder, top up insulation and boarding of the whole loft. Rob arrived at my friends’ house at the mutually agreed day/time and fitted the ladder. I was informed by my friends that Rob left the areas he had started work on clean and tidy and that the ladder is a welcome addition to their household since 2 people had already fallen out of the loft, including a plumber.

The Loft Access Company recently fitted two new loft ladders. One in our house and one in our garage. Rob and his team of fitters work hard and tidy up well. The end product is a much safer and efficient access to your loft. They will also hinge your loft hatch to fit. The Loft Access Company comes highly recommended from us.

I have been working with The Loft Access Company for about three years on various projects, and from my point of view it is a revelation to at last find such a professional and flexible company in this particular specialist field of construction.
